Frequently Asked Questions
What will the experience be like?
When you attend you will be welcomed like one of the family. Northern Hills is a relaxed place where you can get to know those around you and meet God as you experience God’s peace, love, and joy. Our worship service is a traditional service with hymns and a choir, but don’t let that fool you because we are here to worship God and grow in our faith.
How early should I get there?
Our worship services begins at 10AM on Sunday mornings and last 60 minutes. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early. But if you are late, don’t worry there will be room and a welcome smile to help you find a place for you and your family. We encourage you to park on the southern side of the building. There you will find a main entrance.
What should I wear?
To be honest, whatever makes you feel comfortable. The most important thing at Northern Hills is that you are here, your desire to know God and experience life at Northern Hills is more important than what you are wearing. And since you are here our prayer and hope for you is that you will meet God and experience his presence during worship and through the people at Northern Hills.
What about my kids?
We have a wonderful nursery staffed with individuals who will not only keep your children safe, but they will enjoy their time as they learn about the grace of God in a clean and safe atmosphere. During the service we offer a Children’s Sunday School that begins after the Children’s Sermon. They will be walked down by our Children’s Ministry Servants where they will learn, laugh, and grow in the grace of God. Once worship is over our volunteers will be more then happy to assist you in picking up your child from either our nursery or Children’s Sunday School rooms.
What if I want to learn more about Northern Hills?
